In her opening speech, our Foundation President Selcen Faydasıçok impressed everyone with her dedicated work and emphasis on the concept of goodness. Everyone who participated in the enthusiastic celebrations for the 100th anniversary of the Republic celebrated this meaningful date with great pride.
In the session “Solidarity in the New World,” Trainer and Author Ahmet Şerif İzgören stated, “In the future, you will be one of two types of people. People who add value to their work or people who lose value to their work. Imagine a country where the whole country is preparing for university.
72% of university graduates work outside their field. This is a terrible ratio. The biggest chance young people have is to do their jobs well. This country must be a good country.” He gave important advice to our young people.

In our session “The Future Starts Today,” Dr. Bahri Danış, CEO of NTT Data Business Solution Turkey & MENA, emphasized the importance of young people starting to plan their steps to the future today and building their future efforts on their own.
